Deposit POLICY

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Your deposit will go toward your service cost.

If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to appointment to ensure your deposit is transferred to your next scheduled appointment.

If client cancels less than 24 hours prior to appointment, your deposit will automatically be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for your next appointment.

PAyment POLICY

Remaining balance may be paid by the following:

Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Debit/Credit Cards, Gift Cards

Should you choose to pay in cash, please bring exact cash.

All-service appointment policy

Please arrive with a clean/bare face —absolutely no makeup on. No extra guests permitted.

The applicable lash or hair waiver form and appointment confirmation must be completed at least 24 hours prior to appointment. If you fail to do so our booking site automatically cancels your appointment.

Please be courteous if you are feeling sick. Let me know within 24 hours of appointment to reschedule.

ReFUND POLICY

There are no refunds once a service is provided.

If client experiences an allergic reaction, Silk and Style Studio is not liable or responsible for any form of medical expenses included but not limited to doctor visit or medication. Please proceed at your own risk.

Hair Appointment policy

Come in with dry unwashed hair. Client cannot have any hairspray, mousse, or any other products on hair on the day of the appointment.

Color corrections may require test strands prior to appointment date.

Same day cancellation will result in a $50 charge.

EyeLAsh Extension Policy

I require lashes to be 40% full otherwise it will be charged as a full set. Lash appointments after 4+ weeks will also be charged as a full set as your lashes will be outgrown.

If lashes are dirty, a $10 cleaning fee will be added to your appointment.

Please advise 24 hours prior to your lash appointment if you will be changing your lash style to prepare in advance.

Late POLICY

Please prepare accordingly for your appointment as I book more than one appointment per day. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice to me, will not be accepted and both deposit and appointment will be lost.

If you are a no-show, you will be required to pay a new deposit for a new appointment. Two no-show appointments will result in you being banned from obtaining any further services with/from Silk and Style Studio.
